    Product description

Our Odyssey: A Selective Catalogue of Works by PichiAvo has it all; from experiences executing large mural productions to exhibition pieces resulting from lengthy work processes in the studio, experimenting with different techniques and surfaces in a constant search for new languages, finishes, and textures.

It is a double life, divided into two distinct phases of experience: “indoors” and “outdoors”, private and public. Our Odyssey, in a clear allusion to Homer’s classic work and the hero's journey, therefore seems a good image through which to understand this duality, this constant element of their lives. Moreover, it offers a unique opportunity to read and understand a line of work and a set of dynamics and experiences that normally, as viewers, we do not have the privilege of seeing.

Featuring texts by (in order of appearance): Antonio García Mora, Juan Canales, Pedro Ochando, Alexandre Farto aka Vhils, Pauline Foessel, Felipe Pantone, Martha Cooper, John "Crash" Matos, Jessica Goldman, Arne Quinze, Pepe Latorre, Adrián Blanco Paradelo, Carla Gimeno Jaria.
