Shipping & returns
We will ship your order via PostNL. Shipments outside the Netherlands will be handed over to a local postal service in the country of destination for the final delivery. After you have placed your order, and it has been processed by us, you will receive an email containing the Track&Trace code.
Shipping costs vary per product, order, and destination. The shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout process.
Please note: for shipments with a destination outside Europe, there might be additional customs clearance costs and tax costs upon arrival in the country of destination; these costs are not calculated in the shipping costs and have to be paid by the receiver. Unfortunately, these costs will not be refunded when an order is being returned.
You can return your order within 14 days.
If you wish to return a product, you can request a return label by emailing [email protected]. We will refund the purchase amount after receiving the package.
You can also exchange your order, provided we receive the original product in good condition. In this case, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to STRAAT, and we will send the new product to you free of charge. Please keep the shipping receipt, as it serves as your return proof. STRAAT is not liable for return shipments that go missing without a shipping receipt.
Exchanging products in our Museum Shop is free of charge.
