Product description
KEYA TAMA (b. 1997)
Keya Tama is a South African-born artist whose creative foundation is deeply intertwined with both family and street art culture. Raised by pioneering street artist Faith XLVII and influential tattoo artist Tyler B. Murphy, Keya was immersed in the world of art from a young age. He began drawing early and, by the age of 12, had already exhibited his work and published a graphic novel.
As he traveled the world with his mother, Keya absorbed the diverse global influences of street art, while developing a bold, graphic style of his own. His work reflects a unique combination of his heritage and personal exploration—always rooted in tradition, yet constantly evolving.
Keya has since become an established figure in the art world, representing a new generation of muralists who are redefining street art and contributing to its ongoing legacy.
