Gary Stranger, born in 1970 in London, has been a cornerstone of the city’s graffiti scene since 1996. Known for his precise, bold typographic graffiti, Stranger merges graffiti aesthetics with pop art and punk influences. His work explores social and political themes while focusing on form over content. As a co-founder of Typographic Circle and a longtime member of the globally famous MSK (Mad Society Kings) graffiti crew, Stranger’s meticulous hand-drawn lettering pushes the boundaries of typographic design in both studio work and public spaces.
